Happy B-Day, Gillian!

Hoje é o aniversário de Gillian Anderson, atriz que criou a inesquecível Dana Scully, Diva máxima dessa diva que vos escreve.
Além da homenagem a Gillian, que se encontra, neste momento, participando das filmagens de X-Files 2, fica também registrado nosso agradecimento pela sua atuação emocionante em alguns dos mais marcantes episódios da série: Memento Mori, Redux (I e II), Christmas Carol/Emily, e também pela criação do episódio que iluminou a alma de todos os shippers (como eu): All Things. Once a Diva, always a Diva!!!

There is a scene in the movie about Edith Piaf's life (theme of the post below) that would never go unnoticed by MD's: Piaf has just joined a group of friends at a dinner table, after one of her performances in the USA. Marlene Dietrich approaches the table to thank her for her beautiful singing and for always bringing Paris to the hearts and minds of those who love the city. Piaf (and all the three MD's who were watching the movie, for that matter!...) stand in awe , mesmerized by the presence of one of the greatest Divas of all times!

And her name, it must be noticed, is... Marlene Dietrich!!! Oh, well.......
